Description

As seen in verification of release 17.0.0 the new QC thresholds for the normals isn't quite working as intended: #1543

The tumor sample is failing QC thresholds which should only be active for the normal sample. We need to look into this and fix. But it shouldn't be a big burden as the normal QC threshold of median coverage of 25 is very low for a typical tumor.
