Write a MicrosaltConfigurator with the method create_config. This should inherit from Configurator(ABS)

This should do the same thing the current MicrosaltAnalysisAPI.config_case does.

It should return a MicrosaltConfig(BaseModel) with the fields needed to start the pipeline
