Orders containing only external data should have the status set to open

As a production user,
I want orders that only contain samples that are external data to get the status set to open when submitted,
So that we remove unnecessary steps that needs to be taken for the production lab member

• Is there currently a workaround for this issue? If so, what is it?
  • yes, the lab manually has to set the status of these orders to open
• How much time would be saved by implementing this feature on a weekly basis?
  • not that many, the process to set it open is quite simple
• How many users are affected by this issue?

• Are customers affected by this issue?
  • Yes, if tickets get the wrong status set we would miss the orders
