Is there a way of removing samples already loaded into the mysql db? Or removing all the samples? Might be useful when setting things up. The link to the documentation does not work, so I cannot see if there already is a way of doing this.

-yes it should be possible to remove a sample at least:
$ chanjo remove SAMPLE-ID
If you run with a sqlite-file as data store then you could use another
(new) database-file to get a clean slate. Would that solve the problem?

However removing samples is not possible now and we have a hard time to find maintainer of chanjo at the moment. We hope the situation will be better soon and we intend to keep on using and develop chanjo in the future
