Issue with GitHub/LinkedIn login on the Portal

When @austin0 and myself try to login using Github/LinkedIn it requests our email address. This is some kind of a bug that is not major but should be looked into further. This has been tested with a number of different users and it only has happened to us till this date.

Marika, Charlotte, and Gilbert encountered the same issue with Github account

The worst thing is if the email address was already registered in SN, no way to create the account. I guess users need to login SN by the email and then manually link the social account. This experience is a resistant of using the cloud-hosted guides.

Linked in login is functionally working but still has cosmetic issues that are proving difficult to solve.

When logging in via a SSO provider the login page reformats itself to remove said providers, this causes our styling to break.
