Prerequisites

  • Write a descriptive title.
  • Make sure you are able to repro it on the latest released version
  • Search the existing issues.

Steps to reproduce

See: OneGet/oneget#475
and PowerShell/PowerShellGet#47

Expected behavior

No dependency loops or at least output error/messaging if there is a loop.

Actual behavior

No verbose messaging if stuck in loop.
