Message Configuration: Customize timestamp format

Currently the timestamp is fixed to HH:mm:ss.
This could be made configurable for personal preference.

Would it also be possible to include the -Target as part of the message displayed on console in addition to the timestamp format?

Example expected output to console:

[2025-03-07_14:53:29.123] [Initialize-MyScript] [Target] :: PSFramework module loaded and logging initialized successfully.

Would love to be able to format the output to console as above.
