Tags needs to be first class. Have them easy to add from anywhere (specially the CLI). Also have them all indexed and searchable.

Including the text from #178 (almost a duplicate, so closing it)
In an effort to help organize/query/subset samples based on meta-data we should probably formalize the following:

Types: The specific type of the file (if known), pe, pdf, swf, etc
Tags: Human consumable tags like ['rat', 'communications', 'evil6',...]

need any dataframe output to 'vectorize' the tags... (that may not be the final best way but definitely a step in the right direction)
