G4 Connector for table demographic_city_report losing historical data on append + deduped.

Hi team,

I'm currently using the G4 connector to extract data to Postgres using the Append + Deduped method. However, my
demographic_city_report table loses historical data on every sync. This behavior was not found in other tables. Is there an issue specifically with the cursor field on this table?
