403 Forbidden while getting workspace by id

I am stuck with this issue while setting up my Airbyte destination. I am able to create a new workspace through Airbyte APIs but it does not show up in all workspaces neither I can see them in a GET request to list all workspace. When we try to fetch that specific workspace by id it is producing this error

I am ony able to create one through UI and not through Airbyte's APIs which is critical for me. Can someone help me with that.
