Relevant information

Even though on docker it says this:

on the task manager I see something related to the VM, linked to docker? I have limited experience with DevOps

that even drained 90% of the CPU for 10 sounding minutes, same fate for the RAM.
My specs: 16GB RAM, i5-4670k.
Does it look normal or this lacks further context?
