As agreed in the site structure document, revamp the Extending page such that

  • Outline:
    • LoggerContextFactory
    • ContextSelector
    • ConfigurationFactory
    • LoggerConfig
    • LogEventFactory
    • MessageFactory
    • Revamp customloglevels.adoc
    • Link to “Lookups > Extending lookups”
    • Link to “Layouts > Extending layouts”
    • Link to “Appenders > Extending appenders”
    • Link to “Filters > Extending filters”
  • Target 2.x, port to main
