useAgentChat stops working when new worker is deployed

When the page is currently open and you deploy a new version of the worker (or redeploy), it seems like the websocket is reconnected. However, when sending new messages, it will just hang. You will need to refresh to get everything working again.

How do we fix this? The "status" and "error" value from useAgentChat shows no indication of an error.
