Makefile failing on MSYS2 if $HOMEPATH has space in folder #12

Makefile does not work on windows if your home folder has space separated words (ie. "Firstname Lastname"). This seems to mostly affect the gngeo config folders in Makefile.config and Makefile:71 and Makefile:82. I'm no make wizard so I could not fix it to work on my system.

@AleffCorrea maybe you could use this dciabrin/ngdevkit#102 as a workaround for while
