@Xunzhuo support for every minor release is 6 months, we should make the EOL explicit somewhere, maybe in the compatibility matrix, raising an issue for it

here's the compatibility matrix https://gateway.envoyproxy.io/news/releases/matrix/
the EOL is mentioned in another table https://gateway.envoyproxy.io/news/releases/#release-schedule, we should probably copy it over to Compatibility Matrix so users can get all the info from one place
