[Jira] Users are unable to change "Sync Sentry Comments to Jira" option

Steps to Reproduce

1. Configure Jira integration
2. Go to Integration settings
3. Change "Sync Sentry Comments to Jira"

Expected Result

The change takes place

Actual Result

the HTTP request is not getting the property to change:

Basically the sync comments button is not working. If you refresh the page it's still turned off.
