AP-14919: Increase installation test timeout to 5min

Sometimes importing TensorFlow takes a long time. To prevent the
installation tests from failing the timeout is increased to 5 minutes.
Note that all workflow tests fail if the installation test fails because
the result of the failing installation test is cached.
