Support for Gemma 3 models

I saw recently that the mlx-examples merged a PR to add Gemma 3 support. What is the process of updating this project to get the changes?

It is not yet merged -- see #238

If you want to try it you can use the branch from that PR (and give feedback as well!). Once it is merged you can either switch your swiftpm subscription to mlx-swift-examples to main or wait for a tag.
