Not showing up in courses

I've installed this plugin but it's not showing up in the Add Block list in order for me to put it into a course for our students.

Any suggestions?

I just added a paragraph to the description that clarifies this:

The block can be added on the user's Dashboard page only. It has been designed like that
on purpose, please do not report requirement to make this block available at other places.
The reason is that with multiple instances, users might assume separate lists in each
block. But there is a single list for each user.

So, the fact that students (and on some Moodle setups, teachers) don't have privileges to Add Blocks means that only Admins get them. Seems to defeat the purpose of it :(

@rebelsoxuk: Any logged in user can add blocks on her Dashboard page without special privileges.

Hi.
Sorry to disagree, but no, any logged in user can't. With a standard student user privileges setup, they cannot add blocks.
On our Moodle, only teachers and Admins can.
Students can hide them, but can't add them. (s a matter of fact, in the 8 or so years I've been admin'ing Moodles, I have NEVER seen the option for students to add blocks....This is a Teacher and above privilege!)

Using the LoginAs plugin, I went into a random students Dashboard. There is no option to add blocks.

Can you provide a screen shot of where this option is for students to Add Blocks in the Dashboard?

See below (this is a vanilla Moodle 3.4+). Maybe your admin did change the roles?
