In the latter thread I wrote:

There is no simple way to address this. I’d have to write some custom code. The feedback-form feature was designed quite a while ago and there quite a few aspects of the implementation that I don’t like.
As @Severin points out, it is an upstream issue, but I’m not sure when I’ll be able to address this in Docsy, because it isn’t obvious how to provide the functionality OTel needs in a manner that is generally useful for all/most Docsy-based projects.

That being said, I’ll see what I can hack together when I have the time.
