The table of contents here already introduces confusion, since Polkadot is not a chain:

There are also stylistic errors, like mixing capitalization of Relay Chain:

UtkarshBhardwaj007 assigned UtkarshBhardwaj007 and 0xLucca and unassigned UtkarshBhardwaj007 and 0xLucca
