Members of the community made an asyncio wrapper for the Gyphy API. We should migrate the giphy plugin to use that.

So for this you'll need to edit this file

How I see it is that the GiphyWrapper can be deleted and you would create an instance of GiphyPy in the configure method and return this instance when the factory method is called.
