Managing crossposting requires an admin (or someone else) to notice and redirect, we could automate this and send the user a DM to nicely request they choose the best target and remove the others (and alert the admins).

This was apparent again today as a user posted pirated materials across channels, another good case for detection/alerting/auto deleting
