Review and reply to job postings with a suggested format

Many job postings don't answer all the questions our members typically have. I propose we create a standard template to include all the relevant information our members ask about. As an extension, this bot could support auto-reviewing postings and replying in a thread with the suggested template and reasoning why we are asking for it.

A template idea:

Title | Company | Location (in the format City, [State,] Country) | On-Site/Remote | Salary | Equity

The bot is also posting a thread every Monday to ask people to respond but it doesn't really work. Might be worthvit to change that too.
