For some of the offending teams in the tournament, I took the action of banning the accounts of the people involved. However, the banned accounts still exist in the team's member list, and they can still submit challenge flags and earn points.
I was very confused, so I did a test: I created a team to participate in the competition and banned it, and found that I could still submit flags to get points. From these two points, it seems that the account as well as team banning feature is not done very well.
My suggestion may not be accurate, just for developer's reference! This piece should be revisited and rewritten: we can implement one set of banning features for participating teams and individuals, and another set of banning features for global management, with a higher priority than the banning features in tournament management.
In addition, for the teams in the tournament management, I think the administrator should have the authority to manage the composition of the team, for example, the administrator can remove the player who violated the rules.
