To get the boundaries for all countries int he world the user either has to use the OSM Boundary node in a loop which takes a long time or has to user external data such as in this workflow.

The goal of this ticket is to make it easier to get the polygons for countries and ideally also states within a country similar to the TIGER Map node. Make sure that the license of the data source also allows commercial use.

Add the following attribution to the node description:
Source of Administrative boundaries: The Global Administrative Unit Layers (GAUL) dataset,
implemented by FAO within the CountrySTAT and Agricultural Market Information System
(AMIS) projects.

License
The license is available here and allows us to use/distribute the data in the node as long as we add the proper attribution to it. We also need to include the license file itself into the data folder if we provide the data with the node together with a README where the data was downloaded from.

Possible solutions:

• Support multiple inputs e.g. table with country, boundary names in the OSM Boundary node and speedup the performance
• Implement a new node that uses an alternative data source e.g. https://www.geoboundaries.org/api.html or stores the boundaries locally for very fast retrieval https://public.opendatasoft.com/explore/dataset/world-administrative-boundaries/export/
• https://gadm.org/ could be an alternative but the license forbids commercial use
