Publish in-review content inside ListView

When using listview's you can select your node by selecting it.

Issue: you can pass workflow validation/review when publishing from listview

Steps:

• Open node
• Change content and submit for review
• Go to overview listview
• Select node
• Press publish in listview
• Node is published (but still in review)

Current installed version of Umbraco Workflow: 10.2.2+2a26d9a

Hey @RunnicFusion the best way to resolve this will need changes in the CMS (see linked PR). Once I have confirmation that those changes are ok, I can make the required changes in Workflow.
