Improved Unit-Test Coverage for Issue #703 (#736)
d0d8a03 
* copied files from unit-test branch (due to one of the commits not using userid for some reason)

* updating blob.go, controllerserver.go, and nodeserver.go back to the origin master files

* init.sh and dockerfile set back to master

* reran go mod vendor

* Fixing the gofmt issue

* fixing boilerplate errors
