Oopsies, didn't realize someone made a PR regarding the world cup titles, and those seem to all be correct so I'm unsure what to do about that. I still have others in my PR that need to be updated like the Elite Mappers and Elite Nominators. |

After mrekk received his "Limit Breaker" title and the page was updated on the wiki to show that, I noticed that a good chunk of the information listed on the wiki page was outdated, so I decided to update as much stuff as I could. Please let me know if there's anything that's missing or wrong so I can change it.
Regarding the Elite Nominators title: I decided to put the ones based off of the most recent Elite Nominators since that's what the previous version had, and also only put the ones that still had the titles. However, I'm unsure if I should put the ones that don't have the title anymore due to leaving the BN or NAT user group so please let me know.
