For the changes in content/funders, I would suggest editing the information at https://changelog.qgis.org/en/qgis/member/ instead. The files inside this folder will be automatically overridden by the information from https://changelog.qgis.org/en/qgis/members/json/. The logo will be resized automatically as well.
The logo size for static/img/contributors/lutra_consulting.png looks good to me. The file size is small (11.3 KB) even if the scale is wider.
However, the width will not be fully shown at https://qgis.org/resources/support/commercial-support/ as the displayed size there is only 147px. If possible, I would suggest keeping the width similar to the old one to be consistent with the displayed size. But both cases are okay.

This logo has already been updated from the changelog. Please see:

Thanks @Xpirix, I reverted the image change.
With the facelift of Lutra's website a new logo comes to life:
