Patterns for neural symbolic systems

Hets features a logic NeSyPatterns that provides a pattern language for the specification of neural-symbolic systems. Support for this logic is still under development, see branch nesy_patterns_test. A parser and a printer have been completed, static analysis and comuptation of colimits is under development.
